The setting for Quito Oaks, in Saratoga, feels rural but the neighborhood is located at the very heart of the most sought-after communities in the South Bay. It is only 6 or 7 minutes’ drive from both Saratoga and Los Gatos downtowns, with their unique shops, many restaurants, theaters and galleries. Not one, but two, acclaimed Farmers’ Markets, in the Village and at West Valley, provide local residents with fresh produce every Wednesday and Saturday. Nearby Villa Montalvo, Mountain Winery and West Valley College Theater present great live performances throughout the year. El Camino Hospital is less than 2 miles from Quito Oaks; Good Samaritan is slightly more than 4 miles away.
Year-round outdoor recreation and moderate weather combine to make Saratoga one of the great places to live in North America. Hiking, mountain biking, tennis and golf are accessible 12 months a year. Hakone Gardens and Sanborn County Park offer both respite and recreation. The beaches of Santa Cruz County are not even thirty minutes away.
Of course, Silicon Valley remains the world’s leading center of technology innovation with established companies, and start-ups, sustaining a technology ecosystem that is the envy of the world. Google, Facebook, nVidia, Netflix and Apple all have headquarters within short commuting distance of Saratoga, while Microsoft, Tesla and Amazon have a major presence here as well. Highly regarded schools, both public and private, serve the neighborhood.
Downtown Saratoga, along Big Basin Way, is known as ‘The Village’. It is home to a wonderful and growing collection of nearly two dozen casual and fine dining restaurants that attract guests from all over the Region. The friendly and walkable environment showcases many interesting shops, as well. Saratoga is also a Silicon Valley focal point for concerts and cultural events presented at Mountain Winery and Montalvo Arts Center.
Mountain Winery (former home of Paul Masson Winery) may be the most picturesque outdoor concert setting in California. Every year it presents more than 70 concerts under the stars, featuring iconic artists. Vast views of the Valley below, and exceptional food and beverage, make this place extraordinary on any evening. Montalvo Arts Center, historic residence of former State Senator James Phelan, occupies more than 175 acres of parkland in the middle of Saratoga. It’s one of most significant indoor and outdoor centers for visual and performing arts in all of Silicon Valley, as well as an important venue for memorable events of all kinds.
Our family at Pinn Bros Fine Homes is proud and excited to continue our tradition of developing sought-after neighborhoods here in our hometown of Saratoga. Quito Oaks Estate Homes. Welcome Home.
